Vantage Academies Trust Logos, Letterheads and PowerPoint Templates

We were approached by Vantage Academies Trust to pitch for their ongoing design needs. We were lucky enough to be awarded the contract which would include creative projects across the nine schools the Trust manages.

Vantage is a mixed CE Multi-Academy Trust, which recognises and supports the individual ethos of non-faith schools; they are currently made up of six Church of England schools and three community schools.

Our first task was to redraw all of the schools logos along with the Trust logo as the files the had were of a poor quality. These files were low resolution and couldn’t be used for any print material. The Trust had lost contact with their original agency who had produced the logos so were unable to request the original design files. We produced various versions of the logos:

The logos were delivered back to Vantage in JPEG, PNG and Vector formats with clear instruction to which file type is best used for what purpose. We set up a DropBox shared folder to store all the new artwork created for the Trust so they would always have assess to their files.

We were also tasked with the design of the letterheads which they required a landscape and portrait version of each. These were supplied back to the Trust as Word templates. The address of each individual school was included in the word file footer to allow the Trust to amend the files themselves in future therefore avoiding any additional design costs.

The next project was to design and produce the PowerPoint templates for the Trust and all the nine individual schools.

In the next coming weeks Reform Creative will start to design and produce prospectuses for all nine schools.
