Project: Welcome Pack for Internet Service Provider, Melbourne

Reform has been delivering delightful results for over a decade, meeting the needs of wide range of clients.

Reform’s owner and director, Paul Heaton, is an award-winning designer with a wealth of knowledge and experience in creative communications.

Our work has always been about combining a strategic, business-centred approach with inspired creative thinking.

The germ of an idea can only be realised if it is properly nurtured and focused on clearly defined objectives.

We work to form partnerships with our clients, learning all about them and what they want to achieve in order to apply creative solutions absolutely tailored to fit their needs.

Good business is about people, and we value good business.

Awards

Of course recognition is important to us, but it comes first and foremost from the quality of the work we do for our clients. Client satisfaction is the most important thing; because this means we’ve done the best job we can.

Our awards include:
D&AD Awards / Webby Awards / Drum Magazine’s Client Satisfaction Award / Fresh / New York Festivals

Client Satisfaction Lead Table

The client satisfaction poll is assessed using research carried out and client’s views. The award is judged on:

  • creativity
  • account handling
  • value for money
  • strategic thinking
  • overall professionalism.

What makes this a great achievement is the fact that it was voted for by clients.

This award shows hard evidence that Reform really does deliver creative solutions that work for our clients and their businesses.

All About The Owner, Paul Heaton

What price should good design command? This was a question I asked myself back in 2005.

I’d worked for various high-profile agencies, including the prestigious Chase Creative Consultants. After 15 years in the industry, I wanted to have the freedom to offer my own approach to design and marketing, and to make it affordable to a broad range of clients.

Creating great work for people is about listening to them, getting under their skin and developing a connection with them.

The design part is only the visual expression of something far more profound. It’s a distillation of values.

I aim to give my clients something meaningful, which will help them communicate the messages that will resonate powerfully with their target audiences. Good design can make a huge difference to how businesses connect with customers and clients, and how others perceive them.

Reform offers businesses a service, but the idea is to work with them, to help make design a part of their strategy and to offer them complete clarity at all times.

Reform is creative but it is also a business, and this helps me understand the kinds of challenges my clients face.

It’s been a fascinating journey so far, and I’m sure that it will continue to be inspiring, just as I hope Reform’s work continues to inspire and reward our clients.

Reform clients have included: AMEC, The Arts Council, Bury Council, Contact Theatre, ICI, The BBC, Boots, the Cooperative Bank, Greenalls, Hempsons Solicitors, The National Trust, The National Football Museum, The Environment Agency, Tyco Fire, Royal Mail, the Royal Exchange Theatre, Shell Oils, The Welcome Foundation, and a long and varied list of SMEs.
